Response time

Recently attended "Crucial Conversations" training as part of Corp training schedule. Its a nice program, tries to classify what we all already know (the way we talk/communicate) in to different "labels". I may analyze all the conversation I do from now onwards :-), hence don't expect an immediate response from me :-).

Interestingly I also upgraded my mobile (Nokia) to Sony Ericsson (W810i), whose response time as expected is a bit more.
